Bike Trip Chopta Kausani Nainital planDay 01 : ARRIVAL RISHIKESH – LOCAL
Upon arrival, you will meet our representative at the Campsite in Rishikesh. Our guide will give you a brief overview of the schedule and the day is free to either opt for thrilling activities like Rafting, Bungee Jumping, Flying fox etc. You may also opt for a full day tour of the devotional sights of Haridwar.Day 02 : RISHIKESH TO CHOPTA (175KM - APPROX 5 HRS)
The Uttarakhand bike Trip starts from Rishikesh. We will head our Uttarakhand Bike Trip towards ‘Chopta‘ lying in the lap of the Uttarakhand Himalayas and offers views of the impressive Himalayan range including Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba. It is located at an ascent of 2,680 meters (8,790 ft) above sea level. Chopta village is surrounded by forests of pine, deodar and rhododendron and is rich in flora and fauna including rare species of birds and musk deer. Arriving at Chopta for an overnight stay.Day 03 :CHOPTA TO TUNGNATH – DEORI TAL TREKKING
After a scrumptious breakfast, we will start with a hike towards Tungnath, one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the Panch Kedar temples located in the mountain range of Tungnath in Rudraprayag district, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Tungnath (literal meaning: Lord of the peaks) mountains form Mandakini and Alaknanda river valleys. After arriving at Tungnath a short hike to Deori Tal will be an add-on to the Uttarakhand Bike trip and return to Chopta for the overnight stay.Day 04 : CHOPTA TO KAUSANI (161KM)
Waking up to the glorifying sunshine of beautiful Chopta and after having a delicious breakfast, we will start riding towards Kausani. Kausani is a hill station and village situated in Bageshwar district in the state of Uttarakhand. It is famous for its scenic elegance and its striking 300 km-wide panoramic views of Himalayan peaks like Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchchuli. Mahatma Gandhi called this place the ‘Switzerland of India’, due to the similarity in landscapes. The glory of snow-crowned mountains range reaches its steeple when the sun rays turn them into gold at morning and red-orange sky at sunset. We are on the 5th day of our bike trip where we are heading towards Nainital. Nainital is an exquisite and picturesque hill station. One of the most popular tourist destinations of India. Nainital is a paradise for nature lovers and has captivating beauty all around. Overnight stay will be at hotel.Day 6: NAINITAL TO JIM CORBETT NATIONAL PARK (JEEP SAFARI) (67KM)
After a hearty breakfast, we will start a short ride to the oldest national park of India – Jim Corbet National Park. After check-in, spend some time at leisure to later enjoy the Jeep Safari. Corbett has been a haunt for tourists and wildlife lovers for a long time. Tourism activity is only allowed in selected areas of Corbett Tiger Reserve so that people get an opportunity to see its splendid landscape and the diverse wildlife. You get to see a beautiful presence of Flora and Fauna both here. After a thrilling day, we will spend the night at the hotel.
Auli Chopta Munsiyari Bike Tour plan
Day 1 : Rishikesh to Chopta (160 km |6-7 hrs | 2,680 m)
Today in the morning, you will proceed towards Chopta at 7 am in the morning. Chopta beauty is written all over the internet but with the naked eye, it is far more magnetizing to what’s written on it. It is also home to highest Shiva temple, from where a view of snow-capped mountains will charm you at one look. Also, if lady luck is with you, you might get little snowfall on the top.
Day 2: Trek to Chopta Chandrashila (16 km | 7-8 hrs | 3,657 m)
In the morning, you will begin the trek to Chopta Chandrashila, from where the view of high mountains will blow you away with its beauty. After breakfast, you will take your bags and will head-out for the trek to Chopta. While trekking you will pass through abundance of greenery and numerous forest, and small streams. Day 3: Chopta to Joshimath (135 km drive | 6-7 hrs | 2,000 m)
Wake up to a beautiful morning, and get ready to proceed to Joshimath, which is a city and a municipal board in Chamoli District in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. After breakfast, you will start on a drive to 135 km to Joshimath. It will take you 7-8 hours to reach whereas the start time will be 7 am. On reaching, relax with your friends, and later take a good sleep at your stay in Joshimath. Also, if time allows you can take a walk of the village.
Day 4: Joshimath – Auli – Joshimath (32 km drive | 2-3 hrs | 2,800 m)
Today morning, you will embark on the tour to Auli, which is a Himalayan ski resort and hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. It’s walled by coniferous and oak forests, plus the Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains is an added bonus to the majestic views of Auli. After little exploration, you will head back to Joshimath. You will start by 9 am from Joshimath, and will reach Auli in 2 hours with a distance of 32 km. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 5: Joshimath to Kausani (190 km drive | 8 hrs | 1,890 m)
As soon as the morning unfolds, you will head out to Kausani, which is situated in Bageshwar district in the state of Uttarakhand. You will be amazed with the panoramic view of Nanda Devi, Trishul and Panchchuli peaks. You will embark from Joshimath early morning after a scrumptious meal of breakfast. It will take you 8 hours to reach covering a distance of 190 kms via drive. Overnight stay in Kausani.
Day 6: Kausani to Munsiyari (190 km | 9 hrs | 2,300 m)
Wake up to a beautiful morning, and get ready to explore further. Have your breakfast, and then proceed to a picturesque hill station, Munsiyari, which is home to splendid view of Panchachuli Peaks which include Nanda Devi and Nandakot. People who are nature buffs will be enthralled by the beauty of this village. Overnight stay in Munsiyari.
Day 7: Munsiyari to Binsar (180 km | 8 hrs | 2,450 m)
Start the day on a beautiful note as you begin the ride to Binsar. With a distance of 180 km in 8 hour approx., you will reach Binsar, where the wildlife will amaze you with its diversity. Home to many rare animals, birds and wild flowers, Binsar is well-known as a trekker's paradise. In the evening return back to your stay and spend time with your friends and relax for some time. Overnight stay in Binsar.
Day 8: Binsar to Jim Corbett (180 km | 8hrs | 900 m)
Today morning awaits for you to ride to Jim Corbett, where you have the chances to see wild cat in its own playground. Corbett is India's most popular tiger reserve, where you will be amazed to take a jungle safari. The diversity of animals will turn you into a wildlife photographer. Make sure to carry cameras and binoculars to spot tiger and rare animals. You will ride till Ramnagar and will also go for early morning safari. Overnight stay in Jim Corbett.
Day 9: Jim Corbett to Delhi (245 km | 7 hrs)
Today after breakfast, pack your bags, as today is the last day of the trip. You will head-out to Delhi covering a distance of 245 km in 7-8 hours approx. As soon as you reach Delhi, the motorbike trip to Uttarakhand ends.
